We may use an AI-assisted meeting tool to record and transcribe telephone and online meetings. This helps us maintain accurate records of our conversations and prepare meeting notes.

If you would prefer not to be recorded, please let us know and we can continue without recording.

We may also use approved technology and AI tools to assist our team with administrative tasks, including preparing and summarising information.
