If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we'd like to know so we can work through it with you.

When getting in touch, please let us know what has happened and how you feel the issue could be resolved.
If you have any relevant documents or correspondence, please include these as well.

Once we receive your complaint, we will:

  • acknowledge it within two working days
  • review and assess the information provided
  • respond to you within 20 working days

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you have access to our Disputes Resolution Provider:

FSCL is an independent, not-for-profit financial ombudsman service approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs.
