In 2015, Absolute Insurance tailored a unique Community Insure™ sponsorship program for Rangitoto College Sport, which not only provided a substantial cash contribution to the sports of Cricket and Hockey, but also provides ongoing cash rebates back to the school whenever parents, extended family or friends of the school, purchase a personal Health or Risk Policy from Absolute Insurance.
In 2016 Absolute Insurance extended the program to include Rangitoto College Basketball and Netball as principal sponsors, as well as being a key sponsor of Rangitoto College Rugby.
Since 2015, Absolute Insurance’s contribution has totaled nearly $25,000, which has allowed Rangitoto College to reduce the cost of sports registration by approximately $20 per student, helped fund facilities’ upgrades, allowed the school to employ key staff/coaches for more hours per week, and contributed towards funding sports trips. .
Rangitoto College has a proud history of not only producing excellent sportsmen and women, but also achieving excellence in the academic field as well.
